Cindy not only listens to clients and translates what she hears into innovative solutions, she also is uniquely gifted at turning complex strategic plans into roadmaps that her team easily interprets and efficiently executes against. Critically, Cindy takes feedback from her teams in order to arrive at an end product that most accurately reflects the client’s requirements. She hires talent that will not only take direction but provide input along the path to a successful outcome. By instilling trust and encouraging ownership, Cindy makes certain that there are no artificial barriers between our clients and the achievement of their goals.
Cindy has been supporting clients with the operation of their tier 1 applications for over 20 years. She lives in Connecticut with her husband.
